Forgive me if this has been mentioned already.  I haven't read the list in a bit and I couldn't find it in the archives.

This is supposedly a clip from a Portuguese-language version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"  The prize is in Euros which makes me think it's from Portugal rather than Brazil:
