This looks like a fake to me.
Rather, this looks like a typical college radio LP marked up by an enthusiastic hipster DJ Jandek fan.
For example, I volunteer at KALX in Berkeley. We have a ton of Jandek LPs and they are all similarly scrawled/defaced/vandalized with DJ wisecracks, complete with the Jandekian speech balloon.
I'm not buying (i.e. believing) this for a minute.
