Another great show last night.  Nice older theatre on campus at Tulane.  Weather broke in the afternoon just in time for the show.  First show I have seen with an opening band - Hooray for the Riff Raff.  Really nice stuff.  Cool instrumentation, great players.  Jandek performed on piano with a Theremin accompaniment.  One long piece.  Some really beautiful sparse passages and some patches of sonic blast.  The Theremin player was as much fun to watch as listen to.  She wore a 50's type retro dress and struck angular poses while she played.  The Rep went way deep in his playing, bending over the keyboard and swaying back and forth.  Very nice stuff.

Apparently there is word of a April 4 show in Houston.
