This doesn't seem to be happening now. Someone in the UK (who I won't name
here) was looking into a Belfast gig and sought promoters to handle gigs in
Dublin and Cork in March. People agreed to take it on in both cities. In one
case at least, a provisional venue booking was made. The last I heard, the
individual who started the ball rolling in the first place never got back to
anyone.
