Thanks for the translation tip, Paul. Run through the software, the review
above reveals:

The arrangers started with forwarding a few wishes from the artist for
silence and photography without flashes.

After the evening's first number Phil Todd and Jandek swapped place, after
which the former played the piano a part more jazzy than Jandek. This
apparently got the rhytmic group going.

Jandek is called a 'cowboy ghost', which is rather nice, and a 'well dressed
skeleton' who consistently sang his atonal elegies using several text
scraps, which were written for the concert. He mentioned Denmark in the
lyrics, apparently.
