[Jandek] Personalised plates

On the way home this evening I saw a Mini with the registration plate  
J4NKY. Unfortunately:

1) this was in Bradford, Yorkshire, England
2) The inside of the car could only be described as 'fluffy'
3) The owner of the vehicle was a generously proportioned woman who  
owns a hairdressers' and not a cadaverous outsider musician.

My iPod seems to have decided that I need some Jandek while I drive  
in the last couple of days so Serendipity must have fancied a laugh.
