I got one a few weeks ago. The packaging is absolutely great-- it's on blue vinyl, in a picture sleeve. Apparently they weren't able to (or didn't want to) obtain a genuine Corwood photo for this, so they came up with a pretty hilarious substitute. And it comes with a facsimile of the handwritten note granting permission for this enterprise. The remixes-- a different one by a different mixer on each side-- were kind of 'eh' to my ears. Nothing terrible but nothing to make you sit up and go 'wow!' either. Side one is a few phrases from "Your Other Man" (a lot of "Welllllllll...") over a pretty conventional backing track, but it does give you some idea of what Jandek would sound like fronting the band at the corner bar on Saturday night-- and I mean that in a good way. What there is of the vocal on side two has been filtered and processed and reversed to the point where it could be Jandek singing "Your Other Man," or it could be the theme song from "Mr. Ed," or it could be a wah-wah pedal. But it's kind of neat having a Jandek record you can almost sorta dance to.
