It's simple politeness. Yes, the guy's cool - it's not about the "mystery." Yes, he knows that we know his name. BUT, he's made it very clear that there is a distinct difference between Sterling Smith and the Corwood Representative (and Jandek). I'm just suggesting some politeness when contacting Corwood. He's set some boundaries and that is definitely one he's set.
