[Jandek] Listening

I've been listening to Scott Walker's THE DRIFT, and the track 'Jesse' is 
not entirely unJandekian in its clanging oddly tuned guitars.  Of course, 
vocally, not much resemblance - but a song about Elvis' dead twin (there's 
also a piece on the record about Mussolini's mistress Clara, for more odd, 
death-related stuff...) sounds somewhat in Jandek's alley.  And the fact 
that the music on this record, in terms of structure, is very 
unconventional...

Of course, it is on 4AD, a major kind of indie... ;)
