[Jandek] Jandeks "new voice"

Nah it's the same dude---I can hear inflections in his
voice that are indentical to the younger Jandek, just
in a smoked-too-many-cigarettes-and-I'm-over-40 kind
of way. Need I bring up Bob Dylan? 

And also, now we know he's a Texan by way of Rhode
Island.
