[Jandek] JANDEK AUTOGRAPED LP COVER, real or fake?

R. Church?, i noticed this Jandek lp on ebay. i'm asking for a second opinion regarding the writings on this cover. Seth Tisue emailed me to state she believed it was a hoax, or that some dj at a radio station wrote the writings on the cover. I now have pent over an hour reviewing Jandek's writings on flicker, and to me it looks like the real thing. Your opinion?, kind regards, Michael Goodall
