[Jandek] Bootlegs

Great to see large parts of the San Francisco gig up on Youtube - track 1 is
particularly fine. Are there any bootlegs in general circulation (e.g. on
Soulseek)? I've come across the London 2005 gig, and part of the second half
of the Bristol gig from the same year - but what else is generally
available?
