 Interesting article on the legendary Loren Connors in the new Wire (Issue 285 November 2007 Issue) with the following:  "Jandek is a really great person," He enthuses.  "He plays pretty similarly to the way I do.  It's more structured, but he's getting more into improvisation.  He's a lot better than he thinks he is, a lot more intutive and resourceful than he gives himself credit for".   Coming from Loren, quite possibly the most brilliant musician (prove me wrong), that means a whole hell of a lot.   Best regards to Jandek listfolk and the Representative. Ray
