Well, have you (or anyone else) actually asked Corwood about this?  Seems a
reasonable step that wouldn't sacrifice any of the anonymity of Corwood
Industries.

Just ordered Newcastle Sunday DVD from CDUniverse who 'seem' to stock the
whole Corwood catalogue..Said they had 1 of these in stock, alas, now I
have to wait until CORWOOD INDUSTRIES completes their back-order with this
online giant!! ANOTHER REASON WHY MR. CORWOOD SHOULD OFFER PAYPAL!!!!!
