My guess is that you won't get into this one without a badge or 
wristband.  There are no tickets to shows at SXSW, only covers at the 
door.

SXSW 2006 Music Festival will feature a live performance from Jandek 
from
7-8:15pm on Saturday March 17th at Central Presbyterian Church.

Aside from the year being wrong, Interesting that it is listed as 
"jandek"
on the website and not "a representative of corwood industries" will be
performing.
