[Jandek] The Cell--what's it about?

I have a friend who believes, based on the lyrics,
that The Cell is about cancer, and specifically about
the Corwood Representative's own battle with it.
Having listened to the album and read over the lyrics,
I'm inclined to agree. We've certainly discussed the
possibility that Jandek may have cancer in the past on
this list.

Thoughts?
