[Jandek] Thanks for the live recording and Merry Xmas!

Thanks to Lee Rosevere for that fantastic recording from the Church in
London in October! Great set that sounds like 'Khartoum' and some fine
playing by Jandek! Hopefully he'll share with us in Xmas spirit and release
some cracker live recordings, esp the Keyboard and 'the room' sets!
