[Jandek] Ready for the House reissued again

The new one's got longer track times on the back, so you can distinguish
it from the two previous CD editions.  Offhand, just listening to the
beginnings of a few tracks, I don't hear an obvious difference to the
first CD edition from 1999, but I never heard the second edition.

Does anyone know what year the second edition first appeared?

Corwood clears things up without really clearing things up:

  0739 remaster
  all other editions obsolete

  we mean: this is the forthgoing
  edition, we have no former
  ones to distribute.

  we really believe it is much
  improved without compromise

  we will update you
  future issue remasters

  these should be final masters

  note: track 3 second 124
  the word "do" was recaptured
  from the vinyl and inserted.
  somehow it got transposed to
  the word "feel" in one of the two
  previous CD masters.
