[Jandek] OT: Richard Peterson (Outsider Music)

Does anyone here listen to or have any info on a guy named Richard Peterson? 
I guess he can be thrown into the whole "outsider music" category. I haven't 
been able to find any of his albums anywhere. I was just hoping someone on 
the list might be able to help.
