[Jandek] What else is out there?

Personally speaking, Jandek is not the most difficult of the difficult 
listening that I own.

I would say Harsh Noise or Sound Collage, or any 'noise music' in general 
really, might be offputting to many Jandek fans. As it has even less of a 
reference point with 'real music'.... Stuff like Masonna, Merzbow, Skin 
Crime, The Haters, Panicsville, AMK, Emil Beaulieau, Whitehouse, etc 
etc.....

Although since noise fans are so already immersed in difficult listening, 
many are also Jandek fans.

As an avid Residents fan, I think the album 'The Big Bubble' is more 
difficult than any Jandek recording I've heard. But on the other hand, most 
Residents albums are quite musical in their own skewed way.
