[Jandek] Corwood order turnaround

I ordered my collection in two separate boxes last fall. The turnaround was 
shockingly quick -- both times, it was something like a week to ten days 
between when I mailed my order and when I received my box. I'm on the east 
coast, so Corwood must have mailed them to me within 48 hours of receiving 
my check for that to work.
