oh yes.. there's harmonica on several tracks.
some examples:
"Telegraph Melts" on the album with the same title.
"waltz in two-fourths time" on Interstellar Discussion
"ha ha" on Interstellar Discussion
"Alexandria knows" on Living in a moon so blue 
(that's a real good one, if i recall it correctly)

i also remember a real nice one on Blue Corpse.. (somewhere on that album) that one made mee feel like being on a fairground or something. lovely. :)
