Late teens - I've had someone say it looked like a high school prom,
in fact.  A teenager's face will be lined if he's had a rough
childhood, or if he's been exposed to some extreme elements (too much
sun, salt seas, freezing conditions)... Could be any number of
reasons.  I've looked far older than I actually am since mid-teens.
